My role as the editor was to take the raw footage and craft a seamless, engaging video that highlights Kate’s performance, maintains the series’ signature tone, and keeps viewers hooked from start to finish.
My Editing Process: Bringing the Scene to Life
Editing a Fake Taxi scene is all about balancing narrative flow with visual impact. Here’s how I approached Do You Like Peaches?:
- Establishing the Narrative: The opening moments set the tone for the entire scene. I focused on the initial interaction between Kate and the driver, using quick cuts to capture their flirty banter and build anticipation.
